Training

45 minutes: $50

I provide you a nutrition recommended plan to follow during the duration of us training together or if you want to use it as a guide for the future. We provide you education on how to read the nutrition label to set you up for success and set you up on an app that will help you stay in the range of the correct amount macros (fats, carbs, and protein) needed to help you hit your weight goal. Training is 45min per session. I highly recommend 3 times a week but 2 times a week is an option. It just depends on how soon you like to hit your goal and your discipline outside our sessions. Training consist of mostly strength training and some cardio.
